Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care, makeup and fragrance items cannot be returned.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds are issued within 7–14 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
